Labour Weekend

It was a sunny Sunday morning and I woke up at 11am and my mum was already up and she said we should go to my Zachs (my older brother) house and pick up Ruben (my nephew). We called Zach and asked if they were home and if Ruben was awake, he said hes sleeping. Mum and I went back home and she said we should take Ruben on a walk when he wakes up.

I texted my best friends, Mali and Nova (their sisters/twins) and asked if they wanted to come for a walk out crystals bend with Me, Mum Poppy (my dog) and Ruben. They responded fast and said yes. When my brother texted us and said Ruben is awake, we left the house and pick the girls up first. Then we got Ruben and his pram and headed straight to Crystals bend.

Safely, we got there and we set up his pram and started walking. The walk was very bumpy and we decided to not go for a walk. We went back to the car and went to my Grandparents, We arrived and they were excited to see Ruben. We didn't stay for long and Ruben had fallen to sleep on Mali, so we went back to my brothers to drop Ruben off.

We went back to my house, Mali and Nova offered if I wanted to stay at their house for the night, I said yes and got my stuff packed fast. They said that we were going shopping the next day in Porirua and I asked mum for some money, she gave me $70 from my savings account.

When we got to their house we played go home stay home around the house and it was fun. We went inside and dinner was ready, we had Chinese. After that we watched TV and played on our phones until we fell to sleep, Mali fell to sleep fast.

The next morning I woke up at 8:45am and we had showers and got ready for the day. It was 12pm when we left. we arrived at the North City Shopping Centre. First we got lunch, we had sushi and Darby (Mali and novas little sister)  had pita-pit. Mali really wanted vans so we went to all shops that sold shoes and Mali couldn't find the ones she liked so we just went to Kmart.

Quickly we looked around and I brought lip balm and some sherbet, Mali brought lip gloss and some shorts. We went back to the car and headed off home, we stopped in pram so Novas could buy some earphones.

When we got home we got our bags and got dropped off. I had a good Labour Weekend

1 thing I enjoyed in school this week.

I enjoyed P.E because we are playing Frisbee competitively and its fun..

1 thing I know I need to focus on in class.

Pay attention to everything and not to get distracted so easily..

My goal for next week in class.

Get my reading plus done quicker and not get distracted..

My holidays

In the holidays on Friday the day school finished I went and stayed at Mali and Novas house for the night we all stayed up late and then fell to sleep straight away. In the morning Mali and Novas cousins, Aunty and Nana asked if we wanted to go to Upper Hut with them to spend the day up there.

We went to her Cousins house to meet up with everyone and got sorted out, then we left. When we first got there we went to a big garden place there were so many people there. We walked around and took photos with Mali and Novas baby cousin Navarah and their older cousin Sharnah Navarahs mum. it was a very cool place, there were blossom trees everywhere and a waterfall leading to a pond with ducks.

After that we all went back to the car and decided to go to Porirua to get some dinner. Around that time it was about 5pm and we chose to get Denny's, it was kinda a fast food place mixed with a cafe, their food was very nice I ordered a bowl of curly fries.

It was probably 6:30pm by now and me,Nova,Mali and Tanya (their mum) went to Kmart and looked around and I brought some lollies. It was 7:30pm when we left and we got home at about 8:45pm.
